EJIL: Talk!, Opinio Juris and In Custodia Legis: the international law conversation

EJIL: Talk! is the free blog of the European Journal of International Law, widely regarded as one of the leading international law blogs, and Opinio Juris is its long-running counterpart written by international law professors. In Custodia Legis, from the staff of the Law Library of Congress, adds a librarian's angle on foreign, comparative and international law. Together they show how specialists react to a new judgment or treaty while it is still news. They are commentary, so the authors' views are their own and the pieces are not authority. Look at the author's affiliation before you rely on a claim.
