Awesome Legal Data: a developer's shopping list of open legal datasets

Awesome Legal Data is a free, community-maintained list on GitHub of datasets and resources for processing legal text, curated by the Open Legal Data project. It is for programmers and researchers, not for lawyers looking up a case. The idea is a catalogue aisle, where someone who wants court decisions, statutes or annotated legal text to train a model can find where each collection lives and under what terms. Anyone can suggest additions, which keeps it current. Check the licence of any dataset before you build on it, because the list points to sources and does not grant rights itself.
