Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (IALS) — the librarian's seal of approval

IALS is a University of London research institute, and its digital-resources guide is less a database in its own right and more a curated, vetted list — the kind of thing law librarians point students to when they want confidence that a "free legal resource" isn't a dead link or a scam. Worth bookmarking as a sanity check against everything else on this list.
