Write and submit an article
Create your account
Choose Writing Studio, then sign in or register as an individual or institution representative. Complete the required fields marked with *. Read the account terms and verify your email code. A code expires after ten minutes; Resend code becomes available when that time has passed.
Prepare a manuscript
Start a manuscript, choose its article type and citation style/edition, add the actual authors and write in the editor. Drafts autosave; check the saved message before leaving. Add sources using the fields shown for each source type. Missing metadata remains a warning.
Review rights and citations
Identify copyright owner, publisher and rights grantor separately. Choose a licence you are authorised to grant. Confirm rights for uploaded source documents; access to a paid document does not by itself authorise republication. Local similarity checks cover a bounded TLG corpus and do not establish plagiarism or AI authorship.
Submit and follow the decision
Automatic submission publishes only when mandatory checks pass and no unresolved review flag remains. Editorial submission always enters review. Held work stays visible with reasons. Submitted manuscripts cannot be deleted by their writer; never-submitted drafts can be deleted.
After publication
Your published version enters Open Scholarship and Unified search. Eligible editorially approved publications receive certificates. Verify a certificate using its ID or QR link; withdrawal, replacement or revocation changes its validity.
