Access, charges and publishing transparency

Reading and licensing
Published HTML articles and available PDFs are readable without an account. This access does not itself grant copyright reuse. Each article’s actual licence governs; TLG supports both Creative Commons and reserved/custom rights. It is not represented as a uniformly CC-licensed open-access journal.
Charges and waivers
The current website has no submission-payment or article-processing-charge collection workflow. No payment is needed to use the displayed writing and reading tools. Do not pay anyone promising acceptance, a verified badge, an index listing or a guaranteed certificate. Any future charge or waiver scheme must be disclosed before submission and accepted separately; this statement does not invent a current waiver programme.
Publisher identity and credentials
The Legal Gazette is an independent India-focused project, not currently a registered entity. Contact info@thelegalgazette.org. A complete legal operator name/address, editorial-board roster and any statutory grievance appointment require operator confirmation; none is invented here. No DOAJ, COPE, Scopus, ISSN, DOI agency membership or index acceptance is claimed by these pages.
