Use the tools responsibly
Provide accurate identity and rights information. Do not impersonate authors or institutions, upload unlawful or confidential material, submit spam, probe other accounts, bypass access restrictions or overload sources. Do not publish personal data without a lawful basis. Source access and citation do not grant reuse rights.
Account safety
Keep passwords and verification codes private. Use a unique password, sign out on shared devices and report suspected compromise promptly. Staff will not ask for your password or OTP. Institution badges record identity review, not accreditation. Professor access is approved and limited to assigned review copies; writers must also remove identifying details from manuscript bodies intended for blinded review.
Report a security issue
Email info@thelegalgazette.org with subject Security report and minimal reproducible details. Do not exploit access, download other users’ data, disrupt the service or publish secret credentials. This contact does not grant permission for intrusive security testing. No system is guaranteed completely secure.
