State Law Departments and Gazettes — the federal half of Indian law

India Code aggregates state legislation, but each state also runs its own law department and gazette, and occasionally state-level material shows up there before it's reflected centrally. If you're researching a state amendment and India Code seems out of date, the relevant state law department (linked from India Code's own state selector, or from eCourts) is the tie-breaker.
