CanLII — the free-law movement's other flagship
CanLII is what a national bar association can build when it decides to fund free access to law directly: the Federation of Law Societies of Canada bankrolls a non-profit holding over 2.4 million documents — every Canadian court from the Supreme Court down, and federal plus provincial legislation. Often cited alongside BAILII and AustLII as proof that "free and comprehensive" isn't a contradiction.
