Live Law
Daily judgments, explained in plain English, the same day

Live Law occupies an unusual niche: part legal-news outlet, part judgment archive. It publishes same-day summaries of Supreme Court and High Court rulings alongside the actual order as a downloadable PDF, which means you often get both "what happened" and "the primary source" in one place, free, with no paywall on the core content. For anyone who isn't a lawyer but needs to follow a case in the news, this is usually the fastest legitimate route to the real text.
