Editorial standards
The aim is not simply to publish more words. It is to publish writing that is useful, traceable and understandable.

Feynman test + inverted pyramid.
Explain difficult ideas in plain language before relying on jargon, and put the most useful information near the beginning. Readers should be able to understand the article's subject quickly and then follow the reasoning and sources in depth.
Legal propositions should be supported by appropriate sources, with OSCOLA (4th edition) conventions used for legal citations. Where a proposition is disputed or unsettled, the article should make that status clear.
