Legislative Department — Bills & Ordinances
The law before it's law

Every Bill has to exist in public before it becomes an Act, and this is the government's own repository of that in-between stage: Bills as introduced in Parliament and Ordinances promulgated when Parliament isn't sitting. If you want to track a law before it's finalised — genuinely useful during a live legislative debate — this beats waiting for India Code to catch up after enactment.
