Guide to Law Online (Law Library of Congress)
The US government's own world map of law

Slightly counterintuitively, one of the best free directories of every country's legal system is maintained by the American Law Library of Congress, precisely because cataloguing "reliable sources of law, worldwide" is part of its actual job. Use it as a trust check: if a site claims to be a country's official law portal, this directory is where you verify that claim.
