e-SCR
The free search engine built for judges, open to everyone else

e-SCR stands for electronic Supreme Court Reports, and it's what happens when a court builds Google for its own case law. Powered by elastic-search technology (the same family of tech behind many corporate search bars), it lets you search full text, narrow by case type or year, or even filter by which judge sat on the bench. It was built for lawyers, but nothing stops a student or journalist from using it the same way. Reach it three ways: through the Supreme Court's own website, the Court's mobile app, or directly via the judgment portal link below — the third route is usually fastest if you already know you want e-SCR specifically.
