From a Law Student's Perspective
As a law student, Yuvraj wanted to understand how legal writing and publication worked and, at the same time, create a space where students could share their work.
He found that publishing opportunities could often be expensive or difficult for students to access. This led him to explore the idea of creating an independent platform that would make legal publishing more accessible.
For more than two years, Yuvraj worked on the idea alongside his studies. He spent his time researching, writing, and developing the concept that would eventually become The Legal Gazette.
What began as a personal project gradually developed into a broader vision: a platform by the legal community, for the legal community.
We believe legal information should be careful, readable and available to the public. Context first. Certainty only where the source permits it.
A Simple Principle
Careful information. Clear writing. Proper context.
Where the law is clear, it should be stated clearly. Where the law is unsettled, that uncertainty should be acknowledged.
For Yuvraj, responsible legal communication means not claiming more certainty than the source permits.
The platform isn't simply ours. It is intended to be a space for the legal community.
